Our story
Craig's Jamerican Tings is a veteran-owned and operated food truck born from a simple idea: bring the bold, fiery flavors of Jamaica together with the comfort of American cooking — and serve it fresh out the window with a smile.
Every order is made to order by Craig himself, from the slow-braised oxtail to the signature jerk seasoning that goes on just about everything. It's real food, real spice, and real hospitality — the kind that turns first-timers into regulars.
